Today’s choice was nr. 17 of the list: PRACTICE SINGLE TASKING
To be honest, this wasn’t so easy to do. Sadly, I have been learning to do as many things as I can possibly do at the same time. It’s part of my routine and I tend not to notice how much of a stress it causes eating and working at the same time or things like that.
Being focused and living in a slower, focused way doing one thing at a time is something I have to keep doing to avoid too much stress and anxiety.
