DAY 18 of the 30-DAY MINIMALISM CHALLENGE

The assignment of the day was nr. 5 of the list: IDENTIFY YOUR 3 TO 6 MAIN PRIORITIES.

I love assignments of this challenge that make me take enough time to think, make lists, being aware of stuff and write everything down. Here’s what I came up to:

  • continue to live a minimalist-intentional life, trying to learn from my mistakes and doing my best
  • be a focused/present person in my work, in all my relationships, in everyday things
  • learn to reduce stress and anxiety
  • take care of myself
