DAY 27 of the 30-DAY MINIMALISM CHALLENGE

Today’s choice was nr. 7 of the list: FOLLOW A MORNING RITUAL.

The new morning ritual I am trying to approach myself to doesn’t include social media for the first hour I’m awake (this is a very very bad habit that I have), and a small short meditation from Headspace to give me a kickstart in the day.

Hopefully I’ll continue to stick with this routine, because I’ve noticed it gives me a fresh start in the day.
