There’s not much left to choose from since the challenge is almost over. The assignment of the day has been nr. 28 of the list: LET GO OF A GOAL.

“The key to achieving goals as a minimalist is to set the right ones in the first place! Instead of chasing things you think you should want, figure out what would truly make you happy. Let go of any goals that aren’t meaningful to you for good today.”


The goal I decided to let go for the day is “stop being obsessed with keeping everything under control”. This has always been a huge deal for me and apparently I can’t seem to let it go. I want to do everything and I freak out if things don’t go as I planned. But I need some change, for good. This assignment inspired me to set some stress-free related resolutions for 2016.
